Hello!~ I am back from our three day vacation.
Actually, I was back home since thursday afternoon but I was still tired and there was a lot of laundry — so I decided to rest it out a couple of days before going back to blogging. I wanted to blog at the resort before bedtime but Canyon Cove and Canyon Woods didn’t have wifi in their rooms. My pocket wifi was too slow for blogging and so my blog sort of took a vacation too…
We left Manila really early last tuesday with nothing but a cup of coffee in our tummies. We had to make a stop for breakfast and decided to do so at Twin Lakes in Tagaytay. We got there at around 7:30 am and at that time, the only restaurant that was open was Buon Giorno.
Buon Giorno! is known for their Italian fare which includes a wide selection of pizza and pasta, salads, baby back ribs, osso buco, and cakes and gelatos for dessert.
We were there to have breakfast though and because we were hungry, we looked for nothing but Pinoy breakfast favorites — which they happily serve so early in the morning.
Sis had the US Tapa Loin (₱280) served with garlic rice, salted egg, tomato slices, and sunny side up egg.
peanutbutter♥ and Cyvrine had the Chicken Tocino (₱195) which is tender home-style chicken tocino pieces and also served with garlic rice, salted egg, tomato slices, and sunny side up egg.
Ykaie and Rome opted for Chicken Adobo Flakes (₱195) which are crunchy shredded chicken adobo served with garlic rice, salted egg, tomato slices, and sunny side up egg.
I had the Tomato and Cheese Omelet (₱235) which is a rich combination of egg, cheese, and tomatoes served with garlic bread, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and lettuce.
This is the gang, the photo was taken right before we devoured our food!
Twinkle had rice and egg for breakfast too and she was in an extremely good mood that morning!
