Skip the Tequila and enjoy a Sweet Sunrise, terrific mocktail even the kids would enjoy!

Sweet Sunrise Mocktail

I think I’m getting the hang of it… seriously. I am now dancing to the rhythm of Twinkle’s routine and I am able to update my blogs and sneak in a bit of household chore a little at a time. I can even do a bit of bonding time with my eldest. Woohoo! Now that takes care of my problem about balancing my time…

I have a another problem to think of though…. losing the baby weight. The day before Twinkle was born, I ballooned to a huge 200lbs. After 7 weeks which is today, the scale is tipping at 170lbs … my pregnancy clothes are too big for me and my regular clothes are too small. I’m quite lost in the middle and I honestly don’t know how to start– specially because I still have a lot of sinful recipes I want to try. I think I would start by limiting my sweets and saying no to bad carbs for the meantime, then I’ll figure it out from there.

Let’s drink to my new goal with a glass of this Sweet Sunrise. Cheers!

Sweet Sunrise is a virgin version of the famous Tequila Sunrise. This is a perfect drink to serve during breakfast or brunch because all it has are pure fresh Orange Juice, a drizzle of grenadine syrup, then garnished with a maraschino cherry. It’s a mocktail that kids and adults would really enjoy.

I bet these lovely ladies would enjoy this drink as well…

I had an enjoyable grocery day with them at Robinsons Supermarket in Ermita yesterday. Grocery shopping is one of the chores I enjoy doing the most but it was more fun when you do it with friends, specially with these two!

I’ll tell you more about it tomorrow.

Sweet Sunrise Drink

Meanwhile, I’m leaving you with two glasses of these Sweet Sunrise and I’ll let you enjoy your thursday.
