Pancit Batil Patong
- 300g Fresh Miki
- 150g ground beef
- 1 cup crushed chicharon
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup chicken stock or 1/2cup water mixed with 1/2 chicken cube
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- freshly ground black pepper
- fried egg
- cooking oil
- calamansi
- Heat oil in a skillet and add ground beef. Stir fry until brown, season with salt and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté half of the onion and garlic until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the fresh Miki noodles, chicken stock, and soy sauce then cook for around 5 minutes while stirring continuously. You can add fish sauce if you like
- Transfer noodles to a large serving plate.
- In the same pan, add 1 tbsp of oil and sauté the remaining onions and garlic.
- When onions are translucent, add shredded cabbage. Season with salt and pepper and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
- Remove from the skillet and place on top of the noodles.
- Spread the ground beef on top of the shredded cabbage, followed by the crushed chicharon, then finally topping it off with fried egg.
- Serve with Calamansi on the side.
