Tinapa Fried Rice
- 5 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup tinapa flakes (smoked fish) I used boneless milkfish tinapa
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 large salted egg
- 2 large tomato
- pepper to taste
- Just like your regular fried rice, heat oil in a large wok or pan.
- Sauté garlic in oi until fragrant. Add rice and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the tinapa and mix well for around a minute.
- Transfer to serving bowls or plate.
- Top with salted eggs and tomatoes.
