Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats
- 3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt or plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- half a banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp honey
- fresh blueberries, sliced bananas, and walnuts for toppings
- Combine all the ingredients(except toppings) together in a jar or other covered dish.
- Mix well, Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least several hours.
- In the morning, when you’re ready to eat, take oats out of the fridge, add the toppings and enjoy!
- I made mine at around 11:30pm and then ate it at around 8am the next day.
