Delightful-E Yummy Creamy Adobo Pasta by Chef Bruce + Electrolux’s New Home

This is the reason why I cooked more Pork Adobo that what I usually do the other day, so I can make Chef Bruce Lim’s Creamy Adobo Pasta. It’s one of the recipes that I never thought would taste really good because for me Adobo should always always be paired with steaming hot rice and fresh tomato. This, I must, say is comfort food at its finest and one you should totally make at home.

Are you curious as to how I found out about this recipe? Well, last thursday I attended Electrolux’s Housewarming party held at their new office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The housewarming party made way for the launch of their new Delightful-E Yummy campaign.

Delightful-E Yummy aims to bring the delight back in everyday home activities shared with the family like food preparation, sharing meals, and other culinary experiences spent in the kitchen.

Along with Delightful-E Yummy , we were introduced to the new brands endorsers who best represent and embody what Delightful-E Yummy aims to promote. They are Cheska Kramer, Chef Rosebud Benitez-Ocampo, Janice Crisostomo-Villanueva, and Chef Bruce Lim.

The event featured a cooking demo where in the brand endorsers Chef Bruce and Ms. Janice Crisostomo-Villanueva shared with us family recipes that are a part of their lives. These are recipes that bring out wonderful memories whenever they cook it. Chef Bruce Lim made this Creamy Adobo Pasta and had brought out small portions of it in bowls so we could also try it out for ourselves.

It was something familiar and yet something new at the same time. I really liked it. I’m sharing with you his recipe so you can try it out for yourselves.

Janice Crisostomo-Villanueva shared a healthy and tasty Quick Bangus Belly dish which I am also planning to make in the near future.

Janice is the founder of Mommy Mundo, a family-focused online portal comprised of an active community of over 30,000 women. According to her “With everything I am juggling, sometimes it’s tough to find time to bond with my family. This is why I enjoy weekends when there are less things to attend to. I spend more time in the kitchen baking and preparing our family’s favorite dishes—sometimes my children stay and watch, and learn how to do the recipes as well.”

Towards the end of the party was a Family-Feud-like game where-in bloggers were grouped into six and asked different kinds of questions related to home, family, the kitchen, and food. Our group came out second place but it was fun and I met new blogger friends. Yay!!
