I’ve been seeing some of these daily fruit boxes on Instagram lately and I really thought it’s a nice idea to cut up your fruit when you have time and store them in the fridge. So when you need them later, you can just take your fruit box out and eat.
The thing is… I didn’t have a box. But I have lots of jars, so what I did was pre-make around three jars of cut-up fruits. One jar big enough so it is equals to two servings but sometimes I could eat that in one sitting….
There’s fresh pineapples, apples, kiwi, orange, and grapes in there. No syrups – just fruits. You can eat it for snacks or dessert.

I think the glass jars make the fruit all the more fresh than the box. Plus they give the outdoor charm in them! Nice!
