Pizza Kabobs / Pizza on a Stick

- 1 1/2 cups French bread cubes or in my case flower-shaped wheat bread
- 1 Bockwurst Sausage, sliced and then fried for a minute
- 1/2 cup green pepper squares
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup button mushrooms
- 1/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Feel free to add any meat or veggie to your liking like black olives, pepperoni or ham
- Optional – 2 cups of pizza or marinara sauce for dipping
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Thread bread, meat and vegetables alternately onto skewers or sticks
- Place in single layer parchment paper covered baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for a few minutes or until kabobs are heated through and cheese is melted.
