Tamarind ~ Calamansi Juice

- 4 tbsp tamarind purée
- 4 tbsp calamansi juice
- 2 tbsp sugar {or more depending on how sweet you want it to be}
- 3 cups water
- lots of ice
- kaffir lime leaves for garnish {just because I have some}
- Combine all the ingredients in a small pitcher.
- Mix well until sugar is dissolved.
- Serve with kaffir lime leaves and calamansi as garnish
