Today, Starbucks introduced a new and unique line of thirst-quenching beverages called Starbucks Refreshers™. Why is it unique? Well, it contains green coffee extract – a source of caffeine that will revitalize your day and one that tastes nothing like coffee. It’s a source of caffeine from green, unroasted high-quality arabica coffee beans.
This new drinks comes in two flavors:
VERY BERRY HIBISCUS {Tall – ₱115, Grande- ₱125, Venti – ₱135 }
Very Berry Hibiscus Starbucks Refreshers™ beverage is made from real fruit juice, green coffee extract and whole freeze-dried blackberries.
COOL LIME {Tall – ₱115, Grande- ₱125, Venti – ₱135 }
Cool Lime Starbucks Refreshers™ beverage also contains real fruit juice, green coffee extract and a real slice of lime which is freeze-dried but is rehydrated once it’s married to the juice.
UPDATE (May 1, 2017) Here’s a Starbucks Lime Refresher Copycat recipe if you’re missing this drink
Both drinks are hand-shaken with ice which makes for very refreshing and energizing drinks.
A barista all over again? Nah, this was during the launch last week where I was given the chance to try and make my own Starbucks Refreshers™ beverage. It was fun! I captured it on video and I could play it over and over again using my new playbook case.
And honestly, I love this new innovation. Now, I can get my caffeine fix even if I don’t want to drink coffee.
I have taken a new favorite: the Very Berry Hibiscus.
Oh, and one more thing, if you buy a 16 oz.Customizable Cold Cup Tumblers (with flat lid and dome lid) from July 31 to September 10, 2012. You will receive a complimentary Tall Starbucks® Refreshers™ Beverage.

I love the cool lime refresher! It’s soo sosososo good.
I’m still a bit “meh” on the berry, which I’ve tried. It’s a bit “medicinal” tasting to me. I’m definitely willing to try it again, though, before I completely write it off.
