I’m back….and eating a Johnsonville Chorizo Sandwich

Johnsonville Chorizo Sandwich

I don’t know if you noticed but I’ve been on a semi blog hiatus last month. peanutbutter came home last May 2nd and I made sure that as much as possible, I spend every minute with him since he’s only gonna be here for a month.

He flew back to Dubai the other day and I really miss him….

I am so glad to be back blogging and sharing all the yummy treats that I make with you. It’s a good activity to keep my mind occupied.{beside watching movies in LCD tvs}

Right now, I’m still here at Porta Verde Resort Villas with sis, kuya Noel, Rome and the kids. That’s our merienda up there — Johnsonville Chorizo Sandwich on a bed of Caramelized Onion and Mango Juice.

I’ll be sharing a lot of new recipes when I come home…

This is where we’re staying……..

I’m trying to drown the feeling of being husbandless for a year in the swimming pool.*sob*

Never miss a recipe

  1. I would love to have some chorizo sandwich specially when the chorizo is made really good hot spicy and garlicky, that looks so delicious.

  2. What a very nice place you’re staying at. I remember your FB countdown, waiting for your hubby to come home. Don’t worry Peach, it won’t be long and then you’ll be having your countdown again. Wishing more vacations for you and Ykaie, as well as more food adventures in the kitchen and out, to while away the time. 🙂

    Btw, that chorizo with caramelized onions looks soo good — a bit of salty, spicy, sweet and maybe garlicky(?) flavors. Yum! 🙂
