Early Shabu-Shabu Dinner at Green Tongue

I’ve already blogged about Green Tongue last year. Green Tongue is  small restaurant owned by my cousin Myra & her husband Stinnes that is located just outside the Royal Subic Duty Free Mall .

This year, they’ve added something new to their menu of dumplings, beef noodles and squash bread sandwiches ~ a mini shabu-shabu.

That’s where we had our early dinner last thursday but we didn’t use the ingredients that they sell in the restaurant, instead, we shopped for our own at the Royal Subic Duty Free Mall. We bought vegetables, shrimp, norweigan salmon , bacon, crabsticks and, as requested by the kids, hotdogs…

getting ready to do some cooking…………

Everybody had fun poking and frying and adding some seasoning…..

After dinner, we went back to Royal and shopped for chips and snacks to bring to El Molina Beach Resort where we went for an overnight swimming with the kids…..

Never miss a recipe
