The Hangover Sandwich
- Wheat Bread
- 2 slices cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
- cherry tomatoes {or any kind of tomato you have at home}
- canola oil for frying the egg
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.
- Generously butter one side of a slice of wheat bread and place the butter-side down onto the pan.
- Add 2 slices of cheese.
- Butter your second slice of bread on one side and place the butter-side up on top of cheese.
- Grill until lightly browned and flip over.
- Continue grilling until cheese is melted.
- Remove sandwich from pan, pour in a small amount of cooking oil and fry your egg sunny-side-up.
- Put egg on top of your sandwich and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- Serve with cherry tomatoes on the side.
