The Hangover Sandwich

My blog has been under maintenance for two days…

So I forgot to tell you all about the hangover sandwich I had last Friday..

Yeah, I had the hangover sandwich for breakfast –except, I didn’t have a hangover–

And I forgot it’s lent, so we had no bacon in the fridge….

so I settled for the next best thing — Fried egg on top of a grilled cheese sandwich.

Do you know that this kind of sandwich helps alleviate hangovers?

True.

It has carbs from the bread, vitamins and minerals from the tomato and protein from the egg and cheese which breaks down into amino acids. Those amino acids will make you feel good.

Bacon will make you feel so much better…so if you can — and I’m sure you will– put bacon in yours.

The Hangover Sandwich

So the next time, when you know you’re going to have a hangover (I know there will be a next time), make sure you got some bread, bacon and eggs in the kitchen,

Whip up this sandwich and eat it for breakfast together with coffee and I’m sure you’ll have a great day ahead…

No need to thank me.
