My baking journey started last year. I was a little intimidated at first but I went on even if I know nothing about it.
The only baked goodies that I have an experience on are those pre-made mixes where-in you just add a few ingredients like oil ,water and egg. Put in a pan and wait for a few minutes and it’s done.
Among my first baked creations is this Dried Cranberries and White Chocolate Chip Cookies. They’re one of my favorite flavor combinations and it was a success. My family loved it.
This year, I’m planning to do more baking but I wanted to try making more bars, breads, loaves and CAKE!
I want to be the one who makes the birthday cakes in the family and I’m even more determined to learn how to decorate one. I know an amazing cake decorator who uses a Cake Decorating Air Brush Kit and the cake she makes just looks amazing! She’s practically made a career out of it and through word of mouth, she’s gained a lot of customers. Orders kept on coming everyday and she had to change her air compressor filter a couple of times to maintain the quality of her cake designs.
Cake Decorating Air Brush kits uses food color air compressor and like all other things, it needs maintenance to function well and function properly. High Quality compressor oil is sometimes enough but I think you need to have it professionally cleaned once in a while.

I started a cake decorating class last year and got series one done. Series two is coming up but nobody has said anything about air brushing. That sounds so cool!
These are delicious! I’ve made Nigella’s version, and they’re quite tasty.
I love baking too and made some like cakes, brownies and cupcakes. I haven’t try to make this one though but by the looks of it, I am sure that my tasters will love this too. 🙂
