I’ve read about the different benefits of drinking coffee. It prevents certain diseases such as type 2 diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia. It stimulates your senses and relaxes you. And because it is high in anti-oxidants, it also prevents you from getting cancer. But I don’t really need a lot of convincing. You already know how much I love coffee.
I drink coffee around two to three times a day every single day. One in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. Most of the time it’s just instant coffee, sugar and creamer but there are times when I get tired of the usual taste.
So I’ve started looking for fancy coffee recipes and making fancy coffee . Have you seen my Pumpkin Pie Spiced Latte? The coffee I used to make it is ground coffee brewed in my stovetop coffee maker only . It makes me want to buy one of those fancy home espresso makers. I bet it will not only to make my coffee more delicious but it will be so much easier to make them. I will definitely need one of those specially if I have guests over.

Today I posted a coffee inspired with fall, pumpkin spice and caramel pecan bark one. I like the first one though.
I take 3 coffee a day as well, my fave is caramel macchiato
I’m a coffee nut too but never really hit the fancy types. I would love an espresso maker, maybe Santa will be good to me 🙂
