During our recent visit to Toys R’Us, I was amazed at the latest toys on the shelves. What particularly caught my eyes were the toys that encourage children to cook.
There’s this potato chips maker, where in children, can slice a potato thinly using a plastic knife then puts the potato slices in a certain container, pop it in the microwave for a few minutes and out comes home made potato chips.
There’s also a small blender which can blend fruit. It allows children to make smoothies on their own.
Sis bought the sandwich maker which makes fun and cute animal shaped sandwiches. If I’m gonna buy one for the kids it will be the chocolate coin maker. It makes chocolate coins with animal and floral designs. It also wraps the chocolate coins in gold foil. I bet the kids will have tons of fun making chocolate coins. I’ll even challenge them to make one of a kind designs… military challenge coins and cartoon character challenges are great ideas, don’t you think?
I’m already looking forward to going to the mall. This will be another fun bonding activity with the kids.
