When sis and my cousins came down from seeing and picture-taking with the Tian Tan Buddha, we decided to try the next street food that we saw –Egg Waffle. One costs HKD 15.
I guess they call it egg waffle because it looks like a bunch small eggs.
They cook it over live charcoal, we had to wait a few minutes for it to cook.

The finished product…. the cut it in half and put it inside a small paper bag..
