Do you remember a week ago? The Cookie Jar gave me samples of their product. They gave me this cookie mix, a can of their homemade cookies and some french macarons.
Well, today, I decided to bake this into a batch of cookies. The cookie mix is composed of layered ingredients for Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. Since this is pre-measured, then the hassle and mess of measuring ingredients in avoided.
There is an attached instruction telling you what other ingredients you need to add. Easy, right?
I added butter and 2 eggs and since I’m not so fond of vanilla, I put only two drops of it..
Molded it with my hands and put spoonfuls in a cookie sheet. I baked it at 175°C for 15 minutes.
Then out came these delicious cookies… chewy, chocolatey and you can say YOU MADE IT! LOlz..
After I took the photo, everybody grabbed their share and it was gone in a minute.
My recipe for Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie will be in the next post.
