A seaweed called Lato {Lato Salad}
- 300g Fresh Lato {seaweeds}
- 2 tomato,chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- ½ cup vinegar
- salt and sugar to taste
- Wash and clean Lato with water. You can also use salted water.
- Mix it with chopped tomato and onion
- On a separate bowl combine vinegar, salt and sugar to make the dressing
- Pour on lato salad just before serving or you’ll end up with a wilted salad.
