A seaweed called Lato {Lato Salad}

Ingredients

Scale
  • 300g Fresh Lato {seaweeds}
  • 2 tomato,chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • salt and sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean Lato with water. You can also use salted water.
  2. Mix it with chopped tomato and onion
  3. On a separate bowl combine vinegar, salt and sugar to make the dressing
  4. Pour on lato salad just before serving or you’ll end up with a wilted salad.
