Strawberry Banana Trifle
- 2 cups sponge cake, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup banana, sliced
- 1 cup of water mixed with 1 tbsp of calamansi juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 cups chocolate pudding {you can use instant, like jell-o}
- whipped cream
- Layer cubed sponge cake at the bottom of the glass.
- Moisten it with a little orange juice, don’t soak it up. A few drops is okay.
- Next on the layer is a few pieces of strawberry and banana slices.
- Squeeze in some of the chocolate pudding on top of the fruits.
- Repeat layering of cake, juice, fruit and pudding then top off with whipped cream and a strawberry on top.
