Since this month’s theme is : “What Filipino dish (sweet or savory) would you like to have on your birthday?” I picked Pork Barbecue because it never missed a single family occasion.Well, I certainly don’t want it to miss my birthday!
I think that one of the things that makes this barbecue Pinoy is because the basting sauce is usually leftover marinade and some banana ketchup. Makes it a little more sweeter.
I’m sorry that my entry this month is not freshly cooked. Weekends at the shop is busy! But I still wanted to join.
