Christmas eve dinner was at Tita Becka’s place. In the middle of “How the Grinch Stole Christmas“, we decided to cut the movie night short and help prepare our Christmas dinner.
It was nothing fancy really, just slices of cheese. No Quezo de Bola on sight here, we had Gouda cheese on the table.
My mom made her Christmas Ham and she did it perfectly this year, no hint of dryness anywhere…
Tita Becka baked little Walnut Pies, which, for some odd reason, she refers to as Pecan pies.
I cooked the most difficult dish. I fried some Spam and Vienna sausages……LOL!
…and this was my plate along with a mug of traditional hot chocolate.{the one with ground peanuts}
