Yesterday, we had Thanksgiving lunch at my aunt’s house.Well, we don’t really celebrate Thanksgiving here but, I guess, since she’s from the US, she does. I think it’s really good practice since we’re just really giving thanks for all the blessings we’ve received and for a bountiful year.
Aside from not being available in our regular supermarkets and wet markets, Turkey is a bit expensive. I checked some high-end markets for frozen Turkey and the price was P1500 -P2000 {more or less $47}. This is something that you won’t take out of your normal budget. So we had Roasted chicken, instead.
