I’m excited..this is my first Halloween recipe for the year! I hope I can do more than one recipe this year…It’s just so hard to find the time. Last year I was able to do three recipes and I was elated. This year, I’m hoping to do five before the month ends but look at me, it’s already the 15th and I have done one recipe..

Anyway, these pizza mummies are really easy to do.You can plan a small Halloween party for your kid{s} and his/her friends and you can serve these as the main course! I’m sure they will have a great time because they can even help out in making them.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Ingredients:
small pizza crusts or english muffins
pizza sauce
black olive slices {for the mummy eyes}
green and red bell pepper slices
salami slices
onion slices
mozzarella cheese, sliced thinly into strips

Directions:

  • Pre-heat oven. Top pizza with pizza sauce and whatever toppings you like.
  • Toast in the oven. Take them out and put olive slices for the mummy eyes.
  • Put a small piece of green bell pepper in the middle of the black olive slices.
  • Lay strips of cheese across the pizza for the mummy wrappings
  • Bake for a few seconds until cheese is a little melted.
