Cara Mia means “my dear” in Italian. It is also Amici’s Gelato and dessert store. Wherever there’s an Amici Restaurant, for sure beside it there’s a Cara Mia.

Aside from the gelatos, they also have ice cream cakes…

Choco Tartufo {P95/$2.15}
Cioccolato and Vanilla gelato with nuts and cherry in a chocolate shell of moist cake and ganache finished with white chocolate curls
So after our dinner at Amici Restaurant, we shared a slice of Choco Tartufo which is a fine ending to our meal.

I’ve been to Caramia in Ayala Fairview Terraces mall and it was so good! I always love gelato because it’s sturdy and creamy than ordinary ice cream. At Caramia everything is so scrumptious and I love the gelato shake!
Your comment reminded me I haven’t been there in quite a while! Will visit soon.
