I consider peanutbutter as one of the major food groups. It can pass as a meal or a snack to me and every time I get ahold of a bottle of good peanutbutter, all I need is a spoon, a chair and a movie… in a few minutes, the peanutbutter will magically disappear. Sometimes, I don’t even need the chair and the movie.
Peanutbutter is healthy, yes, but only if you eat a tablespoon, not the whole bottle. That is why, I don’t ever keep good peanutbutter around the house. It’ll go straight my hips and God knows I don’t need anymore hips. Same thing happens with Nutella.
Since, I’m on a health-kick, I bought Soynut Butter. I think it has less fat and considerably less sugar than regular peanutbutter. Sis didn’t like the taste, though and is really weirded out by me loving my newly discovered piece of heaven. What can I do? I love SOY!
For snacking, you can spread this over celery sticks and enjoy.
