Pinaputok na Tiyan ng Bangus

- 3 pieces boneless milkfish belly
- 1 tomato,chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- banana leaves
- Fry minced garlic in oil until golden brown and set aside.
- Season milkfish belly with salt and pepper.
- Put chopped onions and tomato on top and wrap in banana leaves one by one.
- Bake in the oven at 250º for 30 minutes or until fish is cooked.
- Garnish with fried garlic on top before serving
- Serve with soy-calamansi dipping sauce.
