I love herbs. I love using them when I cook. I love using them in different kinds of dishes. I even tried to grow some but I don’t think herbs like me very much. They died. I guess one of the reasons is because I forget to water them and check on them. Why? They are in the backyard of my computer shop. I don’t get to see them everyday. When it gets busy and I don’t see them, I kinda forget about them.
This is also one of the reasons why I want to replace our kitchen window.An ideal replacement would be one of those Garden Windows from Penguin Windows. These does not only make the kitchen appear larger than it really is, it also provides rooms for plants or collectibles. This is where I plan on putting my herbs so I can see them on a daily basis. I don’t have to think about the direct sunlight heating them up to death. The triple paned windows from Penguin have a denser gas sealed in between them to keep the kitchen insulated from heat. I’ll get a window in green to match our kitchen.I’m sure I’ll get it because they have many color combinations to choose from.
