I’m über lazy today. I think this is because of those things I ate for dinner at Joey Pep last night, courtesy of sis. I love the aura of the place, specially the lights which gives a home-y feel which also reminds me of this summer lights sale I saw the other day.I have to go and check it out, I might buy one for our bedroom. Anyway, these lights aren’t made of real brown paper bag–don’t let ’em, fool ya.
“Hmmnn.. I want the Aglio Olio, mommy”
Minestrone Soup [P115/$2.60]
Red vegetable soup, Milan style with pancetta. The soup was great, our waiter even took the liberty to split the soup into two for me and sis.
Lotto Appetito[P320/$7.27]

An appetizer sampler of chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks and fried tomatoes with marinara and pesto dips. This came in last which is really annoying and ended up as leftovers. This is the second time that it has happened and I ought to remind myself not to order an appetizer sampler for at least two years.

Puttanesca[P185/$4.20]

Pomodoro with anchovies, olives and capers. Personally, I like Puttanesca but I like’s sis’s much better…

Aglio Olio [P79/$1.70]

One of their promo pasta. Light pasta with olive oil and garlic. Ykaie would have loved this except the waiter forgot to tell us that its spicy. It tastes good, though.

Solo Joey Pepperoni [P89/$2.00]

This is also one of the promo pizza.Thin crust and loaded with pepperoni.

We had to order an extra basket of garlic bread for Ykaie because this is all she wants to eat…
