Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Plantains banana [Saba], sliced
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 45 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a pot, sauté garlic in heated oil until a little brown.
  2. Pour in water.
  3. Add bananas and sugar.
  4. Stir and simmer until bananas are softened
  5. Serve hot
