This recipe will surely be a hit in your family. It’s not only delicious tuna but healthy tuna too. Did you know that a recent study found that pregnant mothers who ate no seafood were nearly 50 percent more likely to have symptoms of depression than pregnant mothers who ate seafood at least three times per week? Pregnant women should only stay away from fish high in mercury like shark, mackerel, swordfish or tilefish and not turn away on all seafoods. This is because compared to women who ate the least fish while pregnant, women with high fish intake had children 25% more likely to have higher developmental scores at 6 months and almost 30% more likely to have higher scores at 18 months. The research was made to over 25,000 Danish mother/child pair. This is according to a study from the Danish National Birth Cohort.
