One of my Holiday Gift Ideas from the Kitchen, this goes to a friend tomorrow.
This good friend always wanted to bake but never has the time nor has she attempted to bake something. I think its my job to give her a nudge—- or a PUSH. Since she loves instant mixes, those magical things that makes you magically whip up a dish in short periods of time without the measurements, the mess and your list of ingredients, I already found the PERFECT Christmas Gift for her.
Yes DJ, this goes to you! All you need to do is add 1 egg, ½ cup of melted butter and a teaspoon of vanilla.Mix them with the dry ingredients in a bowl. Spoon around an inch of the cookie dough in a parchment paper or a cookie sheet. Bake them in an oven for 10-20 minutes [350°] and Voila! You got yourself [of course, Yanna and Mark too] yummy Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal cookies to munch on.
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup oatmeal
½ cup m&m’s
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ white sugar
