My beautiful cousin, Roman, treated sis and I for dinner last Friday at Italianni’s. I guess he was feelin’ a little richer than usual….heehee
A few slices of herbed and plain bread dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Something to nibble on while you wait for your order.
Ykaie loved the herbed bread..
Spinach and Artichoke Formaggio (around P250/$5.20)
Spinach, artichokes, mushrooms and creamy blend of cheeses. Served with toasted garlic bread. The appetizer was on me.Yumyum!
Grilled Beef Salad
Tender grilled beef atop a bed of crisp romaine lettuce, tomatoes, walnuts and grapes in a tangy, creamy dressing. This is actually one of the best salads I’ve ever tasted. I’m going back to Italianni’s just for this salad.
Wild Mushroom, Sausage and Onions Pizza
I love the different flavors of mushrooms when they go together, shiitake is a favorite.
Seafood Cioppino
Mussels, shrimp, baby clams and tender calamari sautéed in fresh basil and red wine cioppino sauce.
I forgot to take note of the price of everything we ate but the total was P1765/$36.77 for four persons, not including drinks because we only had water.
Happy Start of the week everyone!
