And so my love for dairy and all things milk made me explore new levels of goodness.
Soya Cincau (Soh-yah Chin-Chau) is a mixture of sugar syrup, soy milk and grass jelly. It is also known as the Michael Jackson Drink. Why Michael Jackson? Because of his single Black or White. I find it funny and at the same time interesting.
My sister who calls herself Anney doesn’t drink milk — any kind. I guess she took it after my mom who doesn’t like the taste of milk lest its accompanied by another kind of taste. They would only take in milk if it’s in Halo-Halo, Mais con Hielo or Chicken Macaroni Soup.
