The hard part about being on the South Beach Diet is that sugar is not allowed for the first two weeks, not even fruit. A total disadvantage for someone who has a sweet tooth like me. I just can’t survive without sweets. Fortunately, some desserts are allowed but it has to be totally sugar-free. Peanutbutter♥, being the totally supportive hubby (who’s claiming he’s on a diet as well but is totally eating the chocolates from Tanja) got me some sugar free jell-o the other day.

I didn’t follow the instruction of adding 4 cups of water.Instead,I mixed it in 3 cups because I don’t want it too soft.

I still wasn’t satisfied. I’ll probably add two cups when I make the orange flavored one. At least I have dessert..
