These are the chocolate balls we bought from the San Juan Pasalubong Center.
HOW TO PREPARE THEM? The instruction came in a piece of paper inside the plastic bag.
- Scrape chocolate ball in a plate
- Boil 2 cups of water for every ball of chocolate
- Mix the toagether and stir continuously until it becomes thick
- Serve hot
I added milk and sugar because it was too chocolate-y for me. I then paired it with some pandesal and Coco jam so it would make for a good breakfast.
It was pretty good but I wouldn’t trade our Traditional Hot Chocolate for this.
Good morning!
