Bagoong Rice (Shrimp Paste Rice)

I cooked Bagoong Rice for peanutbutter to take to the office for lunch. Full of love

I didn’t measure any of the ingredients, I just eyeballed them but they turned out to be soooo delish!Here are the ingredients:

PORK: around 200g, seasoned with Salt and Pepper and marinated in 1 pc calamansi
Green Mango Strips
around 2-3 cups of rice
2-3 tbsp of Shrimp Paste. (I used homemade sweetened shrimp paste given by my Aunt)
1 clove of garlic

I fried the pork until golden brown,cut them into bite size pieces and set them aside. Sautéed the garlic in little oil left from the fried pork.When the garlic is a little brown I added the Shrimp paste and then the rice,then just cooked it like the usual fried rice.
