This was eaten with garlic rice,dried fish and tomato slices.Yum yum!

I wonder how the pork is cured. I wonder if it is with dried hot peppers, or what. As the French say, something about eating with your eyes. If so, that is a outstandingly beautiful plate. And delicious, no doubt!
Looks very tasty! At first I thought I was looking at General Tso’s chicken, then I realized it was too red and there were no sesame seeds. I wouldn’t have guessed pork though.

Id take even just the dried fish! I miss that, but overall, this dish is ‘YUMYUM’!

My kids love tocino, kahit ako rin, i prefer that over longganisa..super expensive lang dito sa US, di sulit…Daing with kamatis, or spicy vinegar will suffice for me..Kakagutom naman to..
