Multicolored Puto….
I’m not really fond of this Puto..
Puto is steamed rice cake very popular here in the Philippines. This is not really a very rich dish and taste mostly like rice but a little sweeter.Some Puto has salty egg on top and some,like the Puto above has different flavors.Nowadays, most Puto sold are made of flour and not with rice anymore.

Ako I prefer the flour-based one (yung parang lasang hotcake) saka yung puto from Calasiao, Pangasinan.

tagal ko na gustong bumili nyan … palagi lang akong nagdadalawang isip. hehe, this time bibili na ako! 😀
i prefer the one made with “real rice” … then top it off with butter, while still hot! yummy! 🙂
