Ate and I planned to doing the 3 Day Diet three days ago and we were not successful.
This is due to the fact that this diet has very low calorie meals,so low in calories it will leave you hungry and weak.It led us to binge eatingĀ at the end of the day.
Just look at the 3-day menu:

Lunch is usually around a hundred calories or lower.Ayayayay!!!
When I tried this to lose my post-pregnancy weight.It was a success,followed by the South Beach diet.Now,i don’t think this is possible for me.haha
I suggested we start on the South Beach Diet on monday.It is easier because you get to eat & eliminate the hunger.
