If breakfast is a movie star, I would probably be it’s number one fan. Whether at home or not, I make sure I get myself some eggs, greens, fruit,s or yogurt. If I’m in the mood, I’d also get some pancakes or one kind of SiLog or two. After all, this is the most important meal of the day.
I’m also a fan of the complimentary breakfasts different hotels and resorts provide along with the reservation. I respect the work and the preparations that goes into it before it even gets into my end of the table. That is why I make sure to have a portion here at The Peach Kitchen for Hotel Breakfasts.
Unlike our lunch and dinner which we took at Z Cafe, Vivere Azure’s restaurant, breakfast was served at the open dining area near our room.
There’s a long table set up with bread, butter and jam, different flavors of yogurt, a variety of cereals and cold milk. I figured this part is set up as a buffet and you can eat as many as you want until you’re satisfied. But for the main entree, you’ll have to order and it’s single served only.
As usual, we can never be parted from our usual SiLog specially our favorite ToSiLog. The kids and I had our favorite tocino, garlic rice and sunny side up egg.
Sis friends Razziel and Amy ordered Fried Danggit and it was served with garlic rice and sunny side up eggs as well.
Sis had fried Sausage. I didn’t know what kind they served but it was served with garlic rice and a whole wheat toast topped with ham and poached egg.
There ‘s overflowing waffles and pancakes! We opted to just have one serving of each.
Our breakfast ended with a plate of yellow fruits served on a platter. There’s banana, mango and orange.
It was a filling breakfast. Vivere Azure serves good food.

Nothings beats silog for breakfast, tocilog most especially. However, I only make them on weekends as I don’t have enough time on weekdays.
I think moms don’t really have time on weekdays no?
