Carnation has been one of my family’s favorite “cooking” milk so I was delighted when they invited me to the GOOD EATS Bloggers Night. Even before the event started, I was already excited because I knew I’m in for a real treat. The event was hosted by Issa Litton and held at Buenisimo by Cafe Ysabel.
Chef China Cojuanco, the new face of Carnation, performed a cooking demo using none other than Carnation evap as one of the main ingredients to make her dish creamy.
This is her Beef In Peppercorn Sauce. The sauce is mostly made from Marsala and Carnation Evap. I can almost imagine the taste and the aroma just like yesterday. I hope there’s an online wine delivery I can call to deliver Marsala to me tomorrow.
