Hummus is my latest addiction…

Hummus and blue corn chips…

And lists…long lists of things to do and things to buy which I could cross out one by one when I’m done with them…

Today, instead of those long things to do list which usually takes me a really long time before it gets done, I would wanna try a Things-I-wanna-do list.

First on my list is: find a good Hummus recipe. Nope. This recipe is not bad but there’s this certain taste I’m looking for which is not in this recipe. BTW, this recipe I got from yummy.ph.
Lose 30 lbs and fit in this really cute outfit I wore 5 summers ago. Hah!
Have a 1 week vacation in this really nice resort with this cute almond eye boy I married three years ago…
that’s it–my list ends here… I’ll just end up missing peanutbutter. Let me shut this feeling up with a bag of blue corn chips and  a bowl hummus…

1 cup canned chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and peeled
2 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 1/2 tablespoons tahini paste
