I am soooo crazy about chips and dips! Who isn’t? yeah, I know…they’re a little on the unhealthy side but I can’t help it.I just gotta dunk!
Ingredients:
1 avocado, halved, pitted and removed from peel
½ tomato,diced
1 medium onion, diced
salt and pepper
lemon juice (I used calamansi juice in mine)
garlic powder
Directions:
Mash the avocado in your desired chunkiness and mix in the rest of the ingredients. What I did was mix them in the food processor.
Ingredients:
1 bottle cheese spread
milk
ground beef
a little butter
1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in
1 tbsp water
Directions:
Sauté ground beef in butter until golden brown then add the cheese and milk. Keep on mixing it until it’s boiling, then add a little of the cornstarch mixture until you reach desired thickness.
